Personal Financial Statement Information
The Candidate/Officeholder Personal Finance Statement form is required to be filed in our office annually only by elected officials and candidates for the following offices:
- County Court at Law Judges
- County Judge
- County Commissioners
- Justices of the Peace
Anyone who has a current Campaign Treasurer Appointment on file is considered a candidate. Please consult the Texas Ethics Commission Filing Schedule for more information.
