We only accept payments for Fine, Court Cost and Attorney Fees for Felony and Misdemeanor Court. 

If paying for Probation Fees or JP Court you will need to contact their office.

Pre-Trial Diversion (PTD) and Juvenile Payments:

We accept PTD and Juvenile in person (cash or money order) and by mail ONLY.

Juvenile cases are confidential, so have your case number available. Please note that we can only discuss fees and information that YOU are ordered to pay. If you are not the one ordered to pay we will NOT discuss anything with you, even if you are the spouse.

Adult Felony and Misdemeanor Payments:

Brazoria County Collections department gives you several different options on how to make your payments.

  1. Online Payments
  2. In person 
  3. By Mail - Please include your case number.
  4. 24 Hour Drop Box - named "Court Collections" is located @ Administration Building (by public entrance).  Please include your case number.


1. Online Payments:

Payments can be made online at myBrazoriaCo

The following cards will be accepted:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Discover

Note: this is a third party company and there is a convenience fee that will apply.

2. In Person:

  • Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Room 302 of the Justice Center
  • We accept credit cards, cash, money orders and cashier’s checks
  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS

Please print your name & Cause/Case number on your money order or cashier’s check.

4. 24 Hour Drop Box
Located in front of:  Brazoria County Administration Building 

                     237 East Locust, Angleton, Tx 77515       

  • The drop box is located by the public entrance. (Gray box with "Court Collections" sign on it.
  • Please be sure to put your name and cause/case number on the envelope, money order or cashier’s check.
  • Payments will be processed and posted to your account the next business day.
