The Pearland Sub-station is located on the corner of S. Grand Blvd and East Pear Street.  If you are driving East on 518 (East Broadway Street) you would turn right on South Grand Blvd and the building would be on your right.  It is across the street from the Melvin Knapp activity center.  This is a County building that also holds The Brazoria County Health Department, Precinct 3 Place 2 Justice of the Peace, Roy Castillo, and Constable Precinct 3, Buck Stevens.

 The County Clerk's office is located through the main door go to the right, halfway down the hall, on the left, before you get to the Health Department.  This office records real property records, provides copies of real property records and vital records.
