This office is located behind the security at the main entrance.  Once you go through security turn right at the escalators. The main doors are on the right hand side of the hallway.  This is where you may record property records, military discharge records, marriage licenses and assumed name certificates.  You may purchase copies of all those records as well as birth certificates, death certificates, etc.
