The Lake Jackson Sub-station is located on Peach Street in Lake Jackson, TX.  Peach Street connects to Plantation Drive, directly across the street from Killum Pest Control or on Sycamore.  If you are travelling south on Hwy 288 exit left on Plantation Drive.  Stay right on Plantation Drive.  Take a right on Sycamore.  Take a left on Peach Street.  This is a County building that also has a Tax Office Sub-station, Precinct 1 Place 1 Justice of the Peace, Jack Brown, and Constable Precinct 1, David Thacker.  

The County Clerk's office is through the glass double doors and directly on your right.  This office records real property records, provides copies of real property records and vital records.
